Virtality was recently honored to return to the Piraeus Startup Accelerator stage, this time as a previous winner and alumni panelist for the flagship kickoff event in Xanthi. As the accelerator traveled across the country to launch its next cycle, our team was invited alongside selected top teams from the previous cohort to share our journey, the impact of the program, and what lies ahead for Virtality.

The Core Lesson: Founder Growth Drives Startup Growth

Reflecting on our journey from initial applicants to becoming one of the final Top 10 winning teams, the experience underscored a fundamental truth in entrepreneurship: the growth of a startup begins with the growth of the people behind it. During the panel, we discussed how navigating the accelerator forced us to learn, adapt, and expand our thinking, ultimately making us better at making critical decisions, overcoming complex challenges, and moving forward with absolute clinical and business clarity.
